Group Tasting Venue Policy (7-12 Guests)

There are two options that we currently offer for groups of 7 or more. Charges will be made per person for your group regardless if tasting or not. This is to cover staffing provided for your group as well as venue/picnic space being utilized. A $100 nonrefundable deposit is due on the day the reservation is made in order to hold your date and time. This deposit will be applied towards your final payment, and final payment is due prior to your tasting upon arrival.

$30/per person Tasting Fee (for all guests 21 + regardless if tasting or not):

Inclusive of a 90 minute wine tasting in our private Barrel House Wine Bar. Either client or Kirigin Cellars will select 6 wines to taste beforehand PLUS our Vino De Mocca to finish. 1 Designated Staff Member to service your group 1 bottle of Estate Red or Estate Wine for your guests to take home at departure (not for consumption on property) 1 Cheese Tray for your group to enjoy while wine tasting *We will honor our wine purchase discounts for your group and can charge all payments separately or together: 6-11 bottles at 30% off 12-35 bottles at 50% off 36 bottles or more at $9.16/bottle or $110/case **The Barrel House Wine Bar is for guests 21+ only. If you have minors in your group, we offer the picnic only option below.

Picnic ONLY with pre- purchase wine deal:

Pre purchase 1 case of wine with our 50% off bottle discount, for consumption on the patio and/or to take home. Wines must be pre-selected prior to arrival. Kirigin Staff may also hand select a variety of wines for your group, if you would prefer. Use of the picnic area for 2 hours (2 picnic tables maximum for use). The tables will be reserved for you *We will honor our wine purchase discounts for your group and can charge all payments separately or together: 6-11 bottles at 30% off 12-35 bottles at 50% off 36 bottles or more at $9.16/bottle or $110/case *This option does not include wine tasting for your group, and wine tasting will not be permitted for your guests due to staffing/venue space. Children are counted in your group guest count due to venue/space use.

Kirigin Cellars upholds the following policies for all group tastings and picnics:

No outside alcoholic beverages permitted. Coolers may be subject to search. Outside food and snacks are allowed, we just ask that you pack out what you bring in. Use of our facility trash cans are permitted, the area must be cleaned up before departure. Glass is not allowed on the lawns. We will provide plastic cups if you will be picnicking out on the grass areas. Dogs are welcome but must be leashed and controlled at all times. Children are also welcome as long as they are under the supervision of an adult within 10 feet at all times. No running, sports or horseplay permitted in tasting and parking areas. Based on availability due to events, children may run and play sports in lawn areas only. If you are more than 30 minutes past your reservation time, Kirigin Cellars staff reserves the right to forfeit your reservation based on staffing and availability. The reservation window is to ensure other groups and picnics may utilize the space during their booked reservation time. When your reservation time has expired, Kirigin Cellars staff reserves the right to release the space for other guests.
